About Us
CG Consults began as an idea.
U.S. Army veteran owner, Cindy Gaddis, started CG Consults after much encouragement by co-workers after a massive layoff. Cindy and her husband, Dave, also a U.S. Army veteran, began by serving other organizations who needed to develop new business but were unable to support a full-time staff. After several starts and stops, the temporary situation became a full time job and CG Consults was born.
Our goal is to partner with and ensure the success of each organization we serve. With nearly 20 years experience and established business development lifecycle processes, we leverage our strategic planning expertise through Capture, Proposal, Project, and Contract Management.

Cindy climbed Mount Fuji during her visit to Japan in July 2019 and, naturally, took the Veteran's Business Guide she co-authored with Gloria Larkin.
